Student Office Host (Part-Time) at Monday Merch

Location: Rotterdam,

Hours: Part-time (~12.5 hours per week / 2.5 hours per day, preferred Monday to Friday)

Schedule: Daily, around lunchtime (e.g., 11:30 AM – 2:00 PM)

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Student Office Host to help keep our office tidy, organized, and inviting. You’ll play an important part in creating a pleasant workplace for the whole team.
This role is ideal if you’re looking for consistent part-time work that fits well alongside your studies.

Requirements

What you’ll do
• Set up our daily team lunch and clean up afterwards.
• Load and unload the dishwasher and keep the kitchen tidy.
• Monitor and restock office, kitchen, coffee, and bathroom supplies.
• Empty bins, water the plants, and keep shared spaces organized.
• Notice what needs attention and help maintain a welcoming office environment.

• Reliable and punctual: You are available each weekday and enjoy having a consistent routine.
• Proactive: You notice what needs to be done without always having to be asked.
• Organized: You have an eye for detail and like keeping spaces neat and orderly.
