Talent Acquisition Partner - French Speaker job description

  • Location: London or Bristol
  • Salary: £50,000 - 60,000

  • Role Type: Permanent, Full Time

This role can be based in London or Bristol and requires existing right to work in the UK. At this time, we are not able to offer visa sponsorship for this role.

What will I be doing?

We're looking for a Talent Partner to join Kaluza's Talent Acquisition team in London or Bristol! You'll sit at the heart of our hiring, building relationships across the business to understand what each team needs, then finding the right people to help drive our zero carbon mission - with diversity, equity and inclusion built into everything you do. You'll mainly partner with Technology & Product, plus some work with Commercial teams. Responsibilities will include -

  • Build relationships across the business to understand what each team needs, then find the right people to help drive our zero carbon mission
  • Keep diversity, equity and inclusion at the heart of how you hire
  • Mainly partner with Technology & Product, with some support for Commercial teams
  • Source and attract candidates across multiple channels and platforms
  • Guide candidates through our process as a trusted advisor, giving timely, honest feedback at every step
  • Own the full candidate experience, from first call through to offer and pre-boarding, working closely with People Operations
  • Keep pipelines and shortlists diverse throughout
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships to really understand each team's needs, and screen candidates for both skill and motivation
  • Advise hiring managers on inclusive, best-practice interviewing
  • Use data to keep hiring managers aligned through the process
  • Get involved in wider projects - employer branding, process improvements, community partnerships, or exploring new tools to keep evolving how we hire

About You

  • You'll be a fluent French speaker
  • Background as an in-house Talent Partner in a high growth tech start up or scale up
  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment, from briefing roles and understanding requirements through to delivering offers and contracts
  • Experience in using data to drive decision-making
  • The ability to build relationships, influence and challenge stakeholders to deliver effective talent processes
  • Experience in DE&I best practices in hiring processes
