It also reports which contacts engaged with ads, helping sales teams reach out more effectively. The platform is designed for B2B sales and marketing teams.

We’re looking for a Talent Partner to join our People Team. You'll report to the HR Director and work directly with hiring managers to figure out who we need, map out proactive outreach, and make sure every candidate has a great experience from first contact to offer.

What you'll do:

Lead the full hiring process, from initial outreach to closing offers with exceptional people globally.

Work closely with hiring managers to understand what their teams actually need and build straightforward, effective sourcing strategies.

Draft job descriptions and offer packages that clearly communicate the role and draw in the right people.

Run proactive outbound hiring, utilizing networks, online databases, employee referrals, and other resources.

Create a great experience for every candidate, keeping communication clear, thoughtful, and prompt from first contact to offer.

Use hiring data to track your pipeline, spot bottlenecks, and refine your approach.

What you bring:

Over 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a startup or scale-up company.

Track record of hiring talent in Ukraine and internationally across tech, business, and leadership roles.

Advanced English skills, both written and verbal.

Proven ability to build effective sourcing strategies across technical and non-technical roles.

Familiarity with ATS tools (ideally Lever) and modern sourcing platforms.

Experience in owning offer conversations and closing candidates against competing offers.

Based in Ukraine/EU, with daily availability for overlapping calls during ET/CT hours.

Own it: You treat open roles as your own problem to solve. You set the plan, drive it, and own the outcome - time-to-hire, quality of hire, candidate experience. You flag risks early instead of waiting to be asked, and you close the loop without being chased.

Clear communicator: You're a great listener and a fair negotiator who knows how to represent Influ2 well to candidates and keep hiring managers aligned.
