Talk360 connects people across 190 countries. Every day, millions rely on us to reach family, friends, customers, colleagues. We're profitable and entering new markets, but we're not planning significant headcount growth.

Right now, we're a team of 30 people spread globally. Small enough to know each other's names, big enough to have real impact. As we grow, everything changes. Your Goal: Own the Full Employee Journey

As our People Lead, you'll take everything we've built so far and make it your own. From how we attract new colleagues, to how our people grow, reward and support the ones already here. 

You will:

• Run the full employee lifecycle end-to-end: attraction, recruitment (with budget for external support on specialised roles), onboarding, development, performance, engagement and offboarding.

• Be the go-to person for managers and employees on any people-related question, big or small

• Keep our career growth framework relevant as the organisation evolves

• Make sure our salaries stay fair and aligned with the market

• Keep us compliant, without slowing us down

• Be a genuine sounding board for the CEO and the Executive Team on people topics

You're the only HR person and you report straight to the CEO, which means People & Culture has genuine influence on how we build this company.

We have an international diverse team, with colleagues from the Netherlands, South Africa, Nigeria, Suriname, Turkey, Egypt, Kenya, Ukraine and beyond. You'll work closely with everyone, from support to product to leadership, and you'll actually see your impact as we grow and mature.

Requirements

What you bring

• 5+ years of HR experience across the full employee lifecycle, ideally in a start-up/scale-up environment

• Comfortable running day-to-day HR operations as well as owning larger, more complex projects

• Recruitment experience/exposure 

• Experience with career frameworks, compensation benchmarking (we use Figures) is a plus

• High energy and a genuine interest in creating a great place to work

• Business acumen, you understand you are helping us to create a high-performing organization

• 60,000 – 70,000 gross per year, all in.
