What will I be doing?
- Strategic Leadership & Partnership: Serve as a strategic advisor and partner to Executive and Senior Leadership across the EU Tech business: shaping how we're organised, how we plan our workforce, and how we lead change that actually sticks.
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor a team of People Partners across UK and France, raising the bar on what it means to be a proactive strategic partner during a period of real scale and transformation.
- Change Leadership: Architect and co-lead the evolution of our People Partnering model as we move through a significant AI-driven transformation, working closely with global People teams to make sure the experience feels joined up end to end.
- Culture, Inclusion & Engagement: Partner with Reward, Internal Comms, and Engagement teams to build a culture where high performance and genuine inclusion aren't in tension but where learning, fairness, and belonging are built into how we work.
- Governance, ER & Analytics: Own the escalation of complex European employee relations cases, keeping us compliant across jurisdictions and using people data to tell a clear story about where we are and where we need to go.
- Operational Continuity: Provide senior support for the VP People as required, maintaining seamless oversight of business-as-usual operations and navigating complex strategic priorities across the department.
About You
Ideally you’ll have/be
- Strategic Senior HR Leadership: Extensive experience leading strategic People Partnering teams within EU, product-centric technology organizations: you've been through rapid scaling and come out the other side with hard-won lessons to share.

- Change Management & OD Expertise: Hands-on experience designing and delivering complex organisational change, including large-scale transformation programmes. You know how to make change feel purposeful rather than disruptive.
- Data-Driven & Operational Acumen: Strong business and financial literacy with a data-informed approach to measuring the impact of People strategy on overall business performance.
- European ER & Compliance Knowledge: Solid, practical knowledge of European employment law and employee relations across multiple jurisdictions. You know where the nuances lie and how to navigate them with confidence
What will set you apart
- CIPD accreditation, Master’s degree, or equivalent professional HR certification.
- Prior experience providing interim cover or direct strategic support for C-level HR/People leadership.
- Hands-on experience integrating cross-border teams following M&A activities in high-growth tech environments.
