The Role

As our patient community grows, we're expanding our clinical team with skilled Nurse Practitioners and Physician Associates ready to help shape the future of virtual sleep care. This is an opportunity to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care focused on sleep apnea and related sleep disorders. Day to day, you'll conduct telehealth consultations, review home sleep test results, develop and adjust treatment plans, and educate patients on sleep hygiene and therapy options.

You'll also collaborate closely with sleep specialists and fellow clinicians, coordinate follow-up care, and document encounters while ensuring adherence to clinical guidelines and regulatory requirements. Throughout, you'll support patient engagement by answering clinical questions, monitoring progress, and guiding patients along their care journeys.

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate/Assistant license in NY (additional state licensure welcome!), with authorization to practice and prescribe in the relevant state(s)
• Clinical proficiency in assessing, diagnosing, and managing sleep apnea and common sleep disorders
• Comfort with telehealth platforms and electronic health records, and the ability to interpret home sleep test and wearable sleep data
• Strong patient education and communication skills, with a talent for explaining treatment options and lifestyle changes clearly
• Experience working within multidisciplinary teams, including sleep specialists, primary care clinicians, and care coordinators
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage a part-time schedule, and maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
• Prior experience in sleep medicine or pulmonology preferred

Compensation

• Part-time: $65–$80/hour
• Full-time: Up to $125,000 annually
• (Commensurate with experience)
