Lead HVAC Technician at Electric Air

Electric Air is building a modern home climate company.

We install heat pumps across the Bay Area and have developed our own heat pump product platform, Redwood, designed around simpler retrofits, thoughtful design, and a better homeowner experience.

We seek a highly skilled and motivated lead HVAC technician to spearhead our installations and help build our technician team.

Total Earnings Potential $160,000 / year.

• $45-60+ per hour, depending on experience!

• $250 bonus per successful installation completed

• $2k annual tool allowance - to spend on your tools

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Residential HVAC.

• Prior experience in managing and leading a team of HVAC technicians

• Proficiency with all of the following:

  • Refrigerant handling

  • High & low-voltage wiring

  • Ductwork

  • Sheet metal fabrication

  • California building code
