About Starbridge

Starbridge is a sales platform that helps go-to-market teams win public-sector contracts. It finds ready-to-buy accounts, automates personalized outreach, and gives each deal a faster path to close. The platform surfaces buying signals from public sources such as council meetings, budget documents, RFPs, and public records, and connects them to the right buyers. It is used by teams selling to government agencies, K-12, and higher education.

GTM Engineer job description

About Starbridge

We're building the front door for how businesses partner with government in America.

Public agencies spend roughly a trillion dollars a year with private companies, and nearly all of it still moves through infrastructure that hasn't changed in decades. Starbridge is building the full operating system for that relationship: the data, the signals, the workflows, and the rails that let a company find a public buyer, win the work, and get paid.

We monitor 320,000+ public sector entities around the clock. 500+ customers have joined us since our launch in March. We've raised $50M from top investors including Craft and Michael Seibel of Y Combinator.

About the role

We’re hiring a GTM Engineer to own our scaled outbound motion. You’ll work closely with the Chief Growth Officer to build and optimize workflows that drive personalized, high‑volume outreach using modern GTM tools. This role blends technical implementation with creative problem‑solving to generate pipeline in a large, underpenetrated market.

Why you'll love this role:

  • Large TAM: Work a market of 320,000+ public sector entities with huge growth potential

  • Rich Intent Data: Leverage evergreen buying signals for high‑value outreach

  • Impact: Own a critical growth lever at a scaling B2B SaaS company

What you bring:

  • 1–3 years managing GTM workflows at a B2B SaaS company

  • Experience with tools like Clay, Claude Code, Trigger.dev, Smartlead, HeyReach, n8n, etc.

  • Ability to integrate systems and create no‑code/low‑code automations

  • Familiarity with scaled outbound strategies and deliverability best practices
