Senior Full Stack Engineer - Frontend Architecture - AdManager job description
About Vibe
Streaming TV is no longer just a brand awareness channel. It's becoming a core part of the performance marketing mix, alongside search and social. Vibe.co is building the platform that makes TV work like the rest of the acquisition stack: targeted, measurable, and optimized for results.
Vibe.co is an Audience First Streaming TV Advertising platform that gives marketers the tools to reach the right audiences, optimize campaigns in real time, and understand what's actually driving business outcomes. With hyper-targeted segmentation, AI-powered recommendations, real-time optimization, and incrementality measurement, Vibe brings the precision and accountability of digital advertising to the biggest screen in the house.
Today, more than 12,000 brands use Vibe.co to reach 120 million+ households. And in August 2026, Vibe.co became a Walmart company, opening up a new chapter for the business and the industry. With Walmart's first-party data and purchase signals now part of the Vibe platform, advertisers can connect TV advertising to real-world transactions and measure the impact of CTV with a level of precision previously associated with platforms like Google and Meta.
This is a unique moment to join Vibe. With Walmart's scale, data, and reach behind us, we're building the next generation of TV advertising and creating a more measurable, performance-driven future for the channel.
About the Role
You'll join the Web Platform team, reporting to the Head of Web Platform, with a mandate to give Vibe's frontend architecture the structure it needs to support the next phase of growth. Vibe's product has grown faster than its architecture, and this role exists because the surface area — dashboards, campaign tools, reporting, real-time data — has outgrown ad hoc patterns, and someone needs to own the fix. You'll get a rare mix: the technical depth of defining state management and component architecture from scratch, the influence of setting standards a whole team will use, and direct collaboration with design to close the gap between Figma and production. If you want to shape how a fast-growing product gets built rather than just build features on top of it, this is that role.
What You'll Do
Architecture & Standards
Define a scalable approach to frontend state management across the application
Establish frontend coding standards and development patterns for the team
Set clear boundaries between UI components, business logic, state, and data fetching
Lead technical decisions on frontend architecture and explain the trade-offs behind them
Build & Improve
Improve maintainability, testability, and performance of the frontend codebase
Build reusable components that raise consistency across the product
Contribute to backend services and APIs when the work calls for it
Design Systems & Collaboration
Drive adoption of the design system across product surfaces
Turn Figma designs into production-ready experiences with designers
Explore AI-assisted workflows that speed up design-to-implementation handoff
Team Impact
Review code to raise the frontend bar across the team
Mentor engineers on frontend architecture and best practices
What You Need
Experience defining or significantly improving the architecture of an existing frontend codebase
Advanced knowledge of TypeScript and a modern frontend framework, ideally React
Practical experience solving state-management problems at scale, spanning local, shared, server, and URL state
Experience building, integrating, or maintaining a design system
Comfortable working across the stack, including APIs, data models, and backend architecture
A track record of introducing standards or patterns that other engineers adopted
Nice to Haves
Experience with AI-assisted development or design-to-code tools
Experience modernizing a legacy or fast-growing frontend codebase
Experience integrating Figma or a similar design tool into the development workflow
Experience in a fast-moving product or startup environment
