The Role:
We are seeking a talented and driven Software Engineer to join our growing team and play a key role in building scalable, secure, and innovative solutions for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions that align with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following best practices.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving team processes.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
- Proficiency in Java.
- Strong understanding of software development principles, including OOP, design patterns, and scalable architecture.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., SQL, MongoDB).
- Proficient in Git and version control workflows.
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Would be considered as an additional advantage:
- Experience with containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Exposure to the fintech industry or banking-related software solutions.
