About the team

Behind every groundbreaking product, there’s an awesome team - and Fraud & Risk Operations is one of the cornerstones of Eneba’s success. This team plays a critical role in safeguarding our platforms, protecting user trust, and ensuring that every transaction - whether on our core marketplace or in other products - is as secure and fair as possible.

We’re looking for a Fraud Specialist who is passionate about analyzing fraud patterns, identifying anomalies, and helping us build robust systems that keep our users and platform safe.

If you're a self-starter with a passion for finding anomalies and closing loopholes before they become threats - this is your team.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor marketplace activity to detect suspicious behaviours and prevent fraudulent transactions.

  • Analyze data to identify fraud patterns, emerging risks, and new attack vectors.

  • Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to design and improve fraud detection and prevention systems.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and alerts for ongoing fraud monitoring.

  • Support the creation of policies and procedures to strengthen fraud prevention and customer trust.

  • Investigate escalated cases and recommend actions based on risk assessment.

Requirements

  • Experience in fraud analysis, risk management, or trust & safety within a marketplace, fintech, or e-commerce environment.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data, spot patterns, and draw actionable insights.

  • Familiarity with fraud monitoring tools, anomaly detection, or rule-based systems.

  • Proactive mindset, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-scaling environment.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills — able to work closely with cross-functional teams.
