BringOz. is looking for a talented Senior Backend Java Engineer to join our team and build cutting-edge solutions for the logistics world. You’ll work on designing, developing, and implementing features for a robust and scalable platform that transforms how businesses deliver goods and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, plan, and execute the roadmap for the team, focusing on introducing new ways to improve application performance
- Work on the design of complex features across the platform
- Collaborate with product managers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Work with team members on technological and architectural topics to drive engineering excellence
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years of experience as a Backend Engineer (Java)
- 2+ years of practical hands-on experience in developing and researching algorithms
- Experience working with Relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB)
- Experience designing and architecting large, scalable cloud-based applications
- Experience working with Microservice architecture and event-based systems
- Strong mathematical background
- Outstanding drive and communication skills
- Organizational and time-management skills

- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, GCP)
- BSc. in Computer Science or equivalent
- Experience with Docker, Helm, and Kubernetes technologies
- Experience with Spring Framework
