Digital Strategy Consultants work with higher education leaders to assess current‑state digital capability, define future‑state priorities, and translate institutional ambition into practical, actionable roadmaps.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy and delivery. It supports institutions in understanding where they are today, where they need to get to, and what needs to change across systems, governance, processes, people, data, and decision‑making to get there.

Engagements may involve digital maturity assessments, enterprise planning, platform strategy, governance design, service modernisation, and multi‑year transformation planning.

What You May Work On:

You may support clients to assess digital maturity, define digital strategies, develop transformation roadmaps, facilitate senior workshops, support governance design, shape investment cases, and translate strategic priorities into practical delivery plans.
