It works inside Microsoft Word and uses large language models to review contracts, apply standard playbooks, redline against a user's standards, flag non-standard terms, and assist with drafting. The platform also handles contract intake from email, Slack, Salesforce, and other sources, automatically stores signed contracts, and enables full-text search across a company's deal history.
