Kota is an employee benefits platform for companies. It connects HRIS data to benefits providers, automates insurance renewals and pension setup, and provides an employee app where workers can compare and access benefits such as health insurance, life assurance, spend cards, and flexible benefits. Kota also offers an embedded insurance and retirement product called Kota Embed, which lets other platforms integrate benefits through APIs and SDKs. It works with HR platforms and payroll providers. Kota was founded in 2022 and has raised more than €20 million.
