Job Description
Looking for hands-on experience in Quality Management within an innovative MedTech environment? Join our Quality Management System team and contribute to maintaining and continuously improving our global quality system that supports cutting-edge healthcare technologies. This role offers valuable insights into regulatory requirements, cross-functional collaboration, and quality processes in an international company.
What you will do:
- Support the identification and monitoring of international and industry standards relevant to Brainlab products
- Assist in managing quality documents, such as reviewing and releasing them
- Collaborate with R&D, Regulatory Affairs and other teams on quality topics
- Contribute to quality system improvement projects and trainings
- Support the preparation, execution, and follow-up of internal and external quality audits
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in business administration, quality management, (biomedical) engineering, or similar (other fields also welcome) for at least 2 more semesters
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn about quality management and regulatory requirements in the medical technology industry
- Strong attention to detail with an organized, structured, and analytical approach to work
- Comfortable working with digital tools and proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint)
- Excellent English (written and spoken); German is a plus
