About the Role – Trainer
As Trainer, you will design and deliver effective, high-impact learning programs across key business verticals. You’ll be responsible for the full learning cycle: identifying skill gaps, designing and delivering blended learning solutions, and measuring impact.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Training Design & Delivery: Assess learning needs and design targeted training aligned with business goals, deliver engaging sessions, and continuously improve them based on feedback and educational & business results.
Collaboration with Instructional Designers & E-learning Teams: Convert training into digital formats, keep materials updated, and create scalable content for long-term capability building.
Analytics & Reporting: Track training participation and results, analyze performance and effectiveness, and improve content and delivery based on data.
Business Partnership: Partner with key teams to identify training priorities, recommend strategies that support performance and growth, and act as a trusted advisor to business leaders.
Required Qualifications
Relevant Experience:
2+ years of experience in corporate/business training, learning & development field.
Experience creating training content, e-learning modules, and documentation.
Strong experience in facilitating training sessions for remote, hybrid and on-site teams.
Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design models (e.g., Kolb's Learning Cycle), understanding of assessment design, and learning evaluation frameworks (e.g., Kirkpatrick model).
Analytical Skills & Attention to Detail:
Data-driven approach to assessing team needs and training impact.
Ability to simplify complex topics and make training engaging.
English level:
Fluent spoken and written English (upper-intermediate level or above).
Nice-to-Have
Short-term Education in adult learning: completed training programs for business trainers.
Sales Background: Previous experience as a Sales Agent, Account Manager, Relationship Manager, or in a similar client-facing role.
FinTech Knowledge: Understanding of financial services, banking products, or the FinTech industry.
Ownership & Initiative: Demonstrated ability to independently lead projects from inception to completion (e.g., Independently designed and delivered a full training program for a new product launch—from needs assessment and content development to facilitation and post-training evaluation—ensuring timely rollout and measurable improvement in team performance).
