我們正在擴編商務團隊，尋找對 AI 工具與 SaaS 產業充滿熱情的業務人才。你需要具備一定的工作經驗，敢於與客戶接觸、樂於學習新技術與解決方案，並在適應快節奏的產業步調中快速成長。由於我們的客群涵蓋海外市場，這個角色會有機會直接面對外國客戶，將會以英文進行溝通與產品簡報。
【工作內容】
處理行銷部門提供的潛在客戶名單（inbound leads）
進行市場開發與陌生開發（cold call / email / LinkedIn outreach）
安排產品簡報與 demo 會議，向海內外客戶介紹解決方案與價值
協助業務團隊完成客戶溝通、簡報、報價與簽約流程
與產品、客服團隊合作，協助客戶順利上線與導入
定期彙整潛在客戶回饋，優化銷售腳本與流程
【你需要具備】
具備 2 年以上 B2B 業務 / 客戶開發經驗工作經驗，或對軟體產品有清楚概念
樂於與人溝通,具備積極、主動學習的心態
對 AI 工具與新創產業具高度興趣
願意學習並嘗試陌生開發（cold outreach）技巧
有使用基本銷售與協作工具經驗（CRM、簡報工具、Slack 等）
外籍人士需具備中文溝通能力，以及在台灣合法工作資格（如永久居留證、就業金卡、或附工作權之居留證等）

第二外語能力（如日文、韓文等）
