About the Role

As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with our Small and Mid-Market customers while driving customer satisfaction, retention, renewals, and growth.

You will act as the primary point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle, ensuring clients maximize the value of MobileAction's solutions. Working closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams, you'll proactively identify opportunities to prevent churn, increase product adoption, and drive upsell opportunities.

What You'll Do

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers as their primary point of contact.

Manage customer renewals and identify expansion opportunities through upsell and cross-sell initiatives.

Monitor customer engagement, usage, and account health to proactively prevent churn.

Guide customers throughout their journey, from onboarding to long-term product adoption.

Understand customer goals and provide solutions that create measurable business value.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer needs and share product feedback.

Maintain accurate account information and contribute to retention and revenue targets.

What You'll Bring

Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

4+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, or another client-facing role.

Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.

Experience working with cross-functional teams.

Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into business impact.

Strong organizational skills and ownership mindset.

Professional English communication skills (written and verbal).

Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity and deliver data-driven customer insights.

Understanding of marketing metrics and advertising campaign performance.

Background in mobile advertising, ad-tech, or digital marketing.

Nice to Haves

Experience managing Enterprise or SaaS customer accounts.

Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot.

Experience using Tableau or other reporting tools.

Proven track record of achieving renewal and upsell targets.

Experience managing high-value Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) portfolios.
