This role sits outside a traditional marketing structure and reports directly to the founder. The successful candidate will own narrative development, content creation, and distribution end-to-end.
Key responsibilities include:
Developing and maintaining core company and product narratives
Translating technical concepts into clear, externally facing messaging
Creating high-quality content across formats (written, video, demos, launches)
Supporting frequent product launches (weekly cadence) with structured messaging and assets
Owning and evolving brand positioning across website, product, and external channels
Driving distribution through organic, social, and PR channels
Contributing to category definition in an emerging market
Candidate Profile
The role is open to candidates across a range of seniority (typically 4+ years’ experience), with a focus on demonstrated execution capability.
Two common profiles are expected:
Narrative / Creative Focus
Strong ability to develop clear, compelling messaging from complex inputs
High attention to detail across writing, visual output, and overall brand
Experience producing product-facing content (e.g. demos, websites, launch materials)
Distribution / Growth Focus
Experience driving reach through content, launches, and media
Strong understanding of channels, timing, and amplification strategies
Track record of creating high-engagement or high-visibility moments
Candidates may lean toward one area but should be capable across both.
Requirements
Proven experience executing marketing work end-to-end (not solely strategy)
Ability to operate independently and manage multiple workstreams
Strong product understanding and ability to map messaging to user journeys
High quality bar for output and attention to detail
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent releases
Preferred Background
Experience in AI or developer-facing products
Exposure to early-stage or high-growth environments
Involvement in positioning or launching new product categories
Familiarity with companies such as ElevenLabs, Lovable, or similar
Scope and Impact
Full ownership of brand and narrative development
Direct collaboration with the founder
Responsibility for external perception of the company and its products
Opportunity to shape positioning in a new and evolving category
