As a Robot Operator at Skild AI, you'll get hands-on time with some of the most advanced robots in the world. Data collection is the backbone of robotic intelligence, and your work will directly shape how our robots learn and evolve. If you love being on the frontier of something genuinely new, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Operate robotic systems for assigned tasks (e.g., packing, insertion, assembly, etc.).
- Follow established procedures for teleoperation and data collection.
- Maintain efficiency, safety, and instructional accuracy in robotic operations.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team leads to optimize workflow.
- Adhere to company policies regarding workplace conduct and performance standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Physical ability to remain seated for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to communicate and follow instructions
- Baseline technical literacy
- This role requires you to be available for a minimum of 3 8-hour shifts per week.
- You will be expected to meet a bar of performance on both the quality and quantity of the data you collect.
