About the role

We’re searching for an Executive Assistant who will support our COO and Principal Investigator-   someone who will make it their mission to protect their time and attention so they can stay focused on the highest-impact work. You’ll own their calendar and inboxes, orchestrate travel and meeting logistics, assist with personal tasks, coordinate internal and external meetings, and partner closely with our Operations team to create an exceptional employee experience.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment
  • Prior experience supporting C‑level executives in a venture‑backed startup
  • Comfort negotiating with vendors and managing complex calendars across time zones
  • Demonstrated success planning multi‑day off‑sites or customer events
  • Proficiency with modern productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Notion, Slack

The expected salary range for this position is $100,000-$200,000.
