About the Role

Edlink is looking for a part-time Office & Administrative Coordinator to help keep our Austin office running smoothly and make the day-to-day employee experience better for everyone on the team.

This is an execution-focused role for someone who is organized, dependable, proactive, and genuinely enjoys helping people. You will support recurring office operations, team lunches, vendor coordination, onboarding and offboarding logistics, light administrative support, and employee experience needs.

This is a part-time, in-person role based in our downtown Austin office. We expect this position to be approximately 20–25 hours per week, with the possibility of flexing closer to 30 hours during busier weeks or special projects.

There may be an opportunity for this role to convert to a full-time position depending on performance, business needs, confirmed workload, and continued team growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Keep the office organized, stocked, clean, and ready for daily use

  • Monitor, order, restock, and organize office supplies, snacks, drinks, and kitchen items

  • Coordinate with vendors, building management, cleaning services, maintenance teams, and other external partners

  • Receive, organize, and distribute mail, packages, deliveries, and office shipments

  • Support office access, badges, keys, parking, and other workplace logistics as needed

  • Coordinate recurring team lunches, including ordering, setup, cleanup, and vendor communication

  • Support team celebrations, quarterly events, new-hire welcomes, and other in-office gatherings

  • Help prepare desks, equipment, welcome materials, and office access for new hires

  • Support onboarding and offboarding logistics, including equipment coordination and workspace setup or cleanup

  • Provide light scheduling, travel, reservation, and logistics support as needed

  • Assist Finance, Operations, and People Ops with receipts, vendor information, documentation, and office-related administrative tasks

  • Maintain simple checklists and documentation so recurring office processes run smoothly

  • Availability to work approximately 20–25 hours per week in person from our Austin office, with occasional flexibility during busier weeks

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • A proactive approach, you notice what needs to be done and take ownership

  • Clear, professional communication

  • Good judgment, discretion, and reliability

  • Comfort working in a fast-moving startup environment where priorities can shift

  • A service-minded attitude without needing constant direction

  • Ability to manage multiple small tasks and follow through consistently

  • Comfort coordinating with vendors, employees, candidates, and company leadership

  • Ability to make routine decisions independently and escalate larger issues appropriately

Compensation

The expected compensation for this role is approximately $25 - $30/hour, depending on experience and scope.
