Your mission

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Accounting and Finance:
- Assist with accounting and invoicing
- Assist with financial reporting
- Help maintain and organize financial records and documentation
- Collaborate with the team on ad hoc tasks and projects
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS
- Assist with Payroll related tasks
- Prepare HR-related documents, such as contracts, amendments, or reference letters
Your profile
- You are currently enrolled in a university program, preferably in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or related field
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with care
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Fluent in English and in German
- Familiarity with Personio or other HRIS tools and DATEV is a plus
- Interest in startups and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
