Product Marketing Manager (f/m/x) at Workist

Your role with us

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager (f/m/x) to join the Workist Marketing team as soon as possible. As our first Product Marketing Manager (PMM), you will build the function from the ground up and own it.

This position is ideal for you if you already have some experience in product marketing and want to use that experience to help establish product marketing at Workist and take on responsibility for it. In this role, you will work closely with the Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams and report directly to the VP Marketing.

Your responsibilities

• Develop positioning & messaging for Workist products and communicate them consistently across all platforms and channels

• Plan new product launches in close collaboration with Product, Sales, and CS

• Equip GTM teams with compelling materials such as sales decks, demo scripts, battle cards, and product videos

• Conduct market and competitive analyses as well as buyer & user research, share your insights with other teams, and develop a competitive edge for Workist

Your profile

• 2+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally in AI/B2B SaaS

• You have led successful go-to-market launches of new products/features, not just supported them

• You have a passion for great storytelling and can explain complex products clearly and persuasively

• You work analytically and measure your success based on data

• You enjoy working at the intersection of Product, Sales, and CS and are skilled at coordinating and planning

• You enjoy creating compelling content across a wide range of media formats and are confident using AI in your daily work

• You are fluent in German (native level) and English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
