Demand Generation & Field Marketing Specialist job description

About StackOne

StackOne is the integration infrastructure for AI agents. Backed by GV and Workday Ventures ($24M raised), we make it possible for any AI agent — whether our customers build it into their product or buy it off the shelf — to take real action across the enterprise stack. Our platform gives agents 430+ connectors and 26,000+ pre-built actions, an AI connector builder for everything not covered yet, and the production layer agents actually need: semantic tool discovery that cuts token use by up to 80%, managed authentication and per-action permissions, the most accurate prompt injection defense on the market, and end-to-end observability.

Join us on our fast trajectory to build the future of agentic integrations.

Role

Own demand generation at StackOne — the marketing function that sits closest to the actual sales motion. Your job is to turn our growing top-of-funnel signal — event engagement, LinkedIn activity, outbound outreach — into a qualified pipeline within the accounts and segments that matter most. You'll work directly alongside our Founding Growth (Marketing) and partner closely with sales, scaling channels that are already producing results.

Full ownership of demand generation across outbound and events, working hand-in-hand with marketing and sales on target-account strategy. We want someone who thinks critically about the audience in the room and turns passive attention into real conversations. Early motion, real traction, plenty of room to shape how this function grows.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own our outbound demand gen channel end-to-end (targeting, sequencing, experimentation) and scale it past its early wins.

  • Own demand generation around events end-to-end. That includes booth messaging, on-site content, side events, and the follow-up that turns attendee engagement into a qualified pipeline.

*Vendor logistics, booth build, and on-site setup sit with a dedicated events manager, so you can focus on the audience and the narrative, not the delivery.

  • Partner with the Founding Growth (Marketing) to shape event and channel strategy, then run with it independently once it's agreed.

  • Build lightweight ABM-style campaigns for key accounts and segments, and adapt broader company campaigns to fit a specific account or customer segment.

  • Run experiments across channels to find what actually converts, and double down on what works.

  • Turn early signal, like event attendees, LinkedIn engagement, outbound replies into marketing-qualified leads and pipeline.

  • Track and report on sourced/influenced pipeline, event ROI, and channel performance — the metrics that matter here are pipeline and revenue impact.

  • Work closely with sales on how qualified leads hand off into the pipeline.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of demand generation experience with a track record of driving measurable results at a previous company.

  • Experience turning early-stage signals (events, social engagement, outbound) into qualified pipeline.

  • Comfortable owning outbound campaigns and event-driven demand gen end-to-end, from strategy input to execution.

  • Startup experience, or genuine comfort with startup pace — later-stage startup or more structured B2B/enterprise backgrounds are also a strong fit.

  • High ownership mindset, bias for action, and comfort operating in ambiguity.

Nice to have: field marketing or ABM experience (running events/campaigns tied to specific accounts or territories), early SDR/sales-development experience that transitioned into marketing, community or partnerships experience, an existing personal network or presence on LinkedIn, B2B/enterprise exposure.

Dealbreaker: no demand-generation experience, or a background only in large-company marketing.

Benefits

  • Join one of the best-funded, fastest-growing startups in the AI infrastructure ecosystem.

  • Work alongside an experienced team, with backgrounds from Google, Microsoft, Oracle, Coinbase, JP Morgan, and more.

  • Meaningful share options — share in the company's success as we grow.

  • 25 days PTO + 1 additional day per year of tenure.

  • Health insurance.

  • 401(k).

  • Remote-first, with regular in-person time in the Bay Area.

  • $1,000 for your home office setup + $500/year top-up.

  • Annual team offsites to sunny spots (last ones were in Croatia and Portugal ☀️)
