Schedule: PRN, Monday - Friday, flexible shifts (typically 8:00 AM–6:30 PM)

This is a seasonal role with Orientations beginning in August for clinics that are scheduled September through December.

What You'll Do:

Administer vaccinations in onsite clinic settings
Provide a welcoming, professional experience for residents
Answer questions and deliver compassionate patient care
Accurately document vaccinations in TRACK (EMR platform)
Assist with clinic setup, breakdown, and team support

Qualifications:

Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program or current, active Wisconsin license or EMT certification
3+ years of MA/EMT experience
Strong patient-facing and communication skills
Experience in assisted living and/or skilled nursing preferred
Ability to connect with elderly populations and support individualized care needs
Basic computer proficiency (EMR systems, email, etc.)
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between clinic site

Physical Requirements:

Lift up to 25 lbs
Stand for extended periods
Wear PPE as required
