Build a Full Caseload in Manhattan. Get Paid Per Visit. No Cap.

There's no ceiling on how much you can earn — the more you build, the more you make.
Pay
$75–$83/hour, uncapped — income scales directly with your caseload
20 visits/week = $83,600
25 visits/week = $105,500
30 visits/week = $125,000
Uncapped referral bonus: $750 for every physical therapist you refer, once they complete 30 visits with Kins

Qualifications
Current Licensed Physical Therapist in New York State
Completed state-regulated CEU requirement in NYS
BLS certification
Ready to build toward a full caseload (20-30+ visits/week)
Strong written & verbal communication and time management skills
New grads welcome to apply

Responsibilities
Evaluate, assess progress, and provide plan of care and exercise prescription for patient caseload
Ensure a world-class level of clinical care and patient experience
Document all treatments in our EMR
Communicate via chat and phone with patients and/or providers as needed
