Build lasting founder relationships and a thoughtful approach to acquisitions.
Everest offers entrepreneurs a long-term home for the businesses they have built. You will identify companies with enduring potential and guide the journey from an initial conversation to a well-considered acquisition and integration.
What you will build
Develop relationships with company owners and a qualified acquisition pipeline.
Lead commercial assessment, valuation and transaction coordination.
Build investment cases with a credible operating and integration plan.
Work closely with operating leaders, finance and advisers through diligence and handover.

Requirements
Experience taking acquisitions through assessment, valuation, diligence and transaction execution.
