About the Role
As a Senior Technician (Plumbing), you will support the fabrication of prototype and production hardware, owning the plumbing systems within our specialty vehicles. You will lead, oversee, and participate in all physical builds of interior vehicle systems, and help establish our production culture, processes, and standards.
Responsibilities
Fabrication of prototype and production hardware using plumbing expertise
Interpret blueprints and perform work to procedures and specifications
Perform hands-on operations with large and small, often fragile, assemblies
Operate a variety of mechanical tools independently
Collaborate with production engineers on activity development and documentation
Provide manufacturing feedback to engineering design
Ensure timely, safe, and professional production services
Lead and oversee physical builds of interior vehicle systems
Help establish production culture, processes, and standards
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
RVIA-compliant plumbing knowledge
10+ years professional experience with construction or automotive hardware installation
Ability to work with minimal guidance
Strong time management, multitasking, and communication skills
Technical drawing and manual comprehension
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with vehicle upfitting
Carpentry or other relevant experience
Automotive, RV, military, or high-volume operating environment background
Forklift operation experience
