CRM & Retention Marketer job description
Build customer relationships that continue well beyond the first purchase.
You will develop thoughtful customer journeys across our brands. The work combines lifecycle strategy, useful communication and customer insight, with the ambition of earning repeat business and long-term trust.
What you will build
Develop relevant lifecycle campaigns, segmentation and automated journeys.
Connect email and other appropriate channels into a consistent customer experience.
Understand repeat purchase, engagement and customer lifetime value.
Work with brand, growth and customer-service teams to improve the experience after purchase.

Requirements
Hands-on experience with lifecycle campaigns, segmentation and automated journeys in a CRM platform such as Klaviyo.
The ability to use customer data to evaluate engagement, repeat purchase and lifetime value.
Strong written communication and thoughtful judgment about relevance, consent and the customer experience.
