VREY provides a software platform (EnergyOS) for multi-family buildings that combines certified metering operations with energy management. The platform enables property owners to sell self-generated solar power directly to tenants under German energy law (§42b EnWG), without requiring owners to become energy suppliers themselves. This offers tenants lower electricity costs and gives property owners higher returns.
