About Princeton NuEnergy
Princeton NuEnergy is a lithium-ion battery direct recycling and critical materials recovery company, founded out of Princeton University. Its patented low-temperature plasma-assisted separation (LPAS) technology reclaims and repairs cathode material from spent lithium-ion batteries and manufacturing scrap at lower cost and with reduced environmental impact compared with traditional recycling. The company produces battery-grade cathode active material and Advanced Black Mass, and its work is aimed at domestic U.S. production of critical battery materials for energy storage, AI infrastructure, and electrification.

What data and AI work involves at an early-stage startup
The data is messy and there is not much of it yet. You build the pipeline, train the model, then explain the result to a founder in plain words. Large employers give you a clean warehouse and one narrow question, while here you pick the question too.
