PlantingSpace is building a system that represents knowledge and uncertainty to enable discovery of insights and transparent problem solving. The system is designed to answer queries in natural or domain-specific language, provide answers with probabilistic distributions to account for uncertainty, and show the reasoning behind each answer. It aims to act as an analyst, research assistant, or data scientist across different domains.

You set up the systems that keep the company running, from vendors and tooling to how work gets scheduled. The job changes shape as the company grows, and nobody hands you a process to follow. In a large firm this work is split between finance, facilities and a project office.
