You'll build and manage a pipeline of prospective partners, run your own outbound prospecting, and turn first conversations into signed partnerships that expand NMI's footprint. You'll own an assigned territory to bring new partners on board and set them up to succeed.

You set up the systems that keep the company running, from vendors and tooling to how work gets scheduled. The job changes shape as the company grows, and nobody hands you a process to follow. In a large firm this work is split between finance, facilities and a project office.
