Startup Maya is an online platform for entrepreneurs that provides a structured, problem-first approach to building a startup. It helps users choose a real-world problem, validate demand, and create initial assets such as landing pages and waitlists, aiming to reduce the need to juggle multiple tools. The platform is currently in MVP form and includes a founder workspace with ideation, solution, brand, validation, and planning tools.

You set up the systems that keep the company running, from vendors and tooling to how work gets scheduled. The job changes shape as the company grows, and nobody hands you a process to follow. In a large firm this work is split between finance, facilities and a project office.
