Chromatic is a frontend UI testing and review platform for teams. It catches visual, interaction, and accessibility issues in web applications before they ship. The platform tests every change in real browsers, capturing visual snapshots across UI states, themes, and viewports, detects WCAG accessibility violations, and verifies interactions such as click, type, hover, and drag. It works with Storybook, Playwright, and Cypress tests, and adds visual, accessibility, and functional checks without requiring extra test writing.
